called and left no message after I ignored the call

This number called and left no message, They hung up after I answered,. I believe they are copying our voice to use on future  scams

Caller ID showed:  Medicade!!!!      I do believe it is spelled Medicaid!!!!     Perhaps they didn't translate correctly! Perhaps an over seas caller trying to get you to say YES to some recorded scheme! Always reply "speaking", not "yes" !  There will ve obvious little differences with grammer!  Keep it safe America!
