This is a spoofed number. The real user of 703-664-1201 is Davison Army Airfield at Fort Belvoir, VA. The pirates also employ a number of other 703-664-12xx numbers for their scams. I blocked the number, since I am not an Army general needing to use the helicopter taxi service from Fort Belvoir to the Pentagon or elsewhere.

I received 3 calls in about 3 minutes from this number. I did not answer any of them and proceeded to block the number as quickly as possible before they called again!
