Numbers (703)664-1201 thru -1209 really belong to Davison Army Airfield at Fort Belvoir, VA. A scam group has stolen/spoofed these numbers for several months. Personnel at Davison Army Airfield are adamant they don't call out from their telephones just to annoy people. They prefer to keep their lines open for Army generals to call in, who need to use the helicopter taxi service to the Pentagon or elsewhere , 24/7. As I am not a general, these numbers are blocked.
This number, as well as the series of numbers 703-664-1201 through 1209, began calling over a year ago, never leaving a message. I blocked all 8 numbers, however I have noticed on my call log that I receive 10-15 call attempts over a period of 3 minutes from these numbers about 4 times a week, for well over a year. Obviously some type of robo call.

February 21, 2017, a young man from 703-664-1208 called saying he was from a computer company and wanted to know if I had a computer. When I said no he hung up.
same spoofers also call from these number groups: 703-596-3010 & 703-594-7542. btw, the old "703-664" exchange was retired by the telco years ago and replaced by a different exchange. the belvoir post rarely uses the 664 NXX anymore except for maybe DeWitt Army Hospital, etc.
