Caller with thick Indian accent left a long message saying I was being charged with tax fraud and to call the number back - a direct line to the IRS - or I would be picked up by the local authorities if I did not call or have my attorney call. Apparently, the tax scammers have a new phone number for an old scam. The IRS never calls anyone. They send letters if there is a problem. Don't fall for this and don't call them back. If you call back, they tell you to get a debit card and fill it with a certain amount and then give them the number. There needs to be a call type for scams. The closest I could get was to list it as a prank call.
