generic Loudoun county govt phone number. my call was from animal shelter.

I just got this call/ It was from Delgaudio's henchman, Dustin. Del Gaudio is that crook who continues to use county funds, phones, and people for his campaigning.
Someone who ISN'T in his pocket should do something about this creep !

I receive a call from this number and left a voicemail, ntroducing herself as Antoine Jackson Program Manager from somewhere.  She said she's returning my call and left me a call back number 703 737 8213

Loudoun County - for me it was the treasury office, as I had a dispute about property taxes and they were following up with me.

Called and said they were Loudoun County Sheriff's Dept and that a 911 call had come from my number....which was at the same time I was on the phone talking to someone else, so that was impossible. They wanted me to confirm my address.  When I called back, the message was that the # doesn't accept incoming calls.
