May indicate the call center is in the depths of hell. Suspected Refi dog, one of his hundreds of such calls over the last several months, due to sale of personal data by Quacken Loans to every mad dog Refi agent in their vast herd. Shame on them. Based on looking at comments in this forum on other numbers, this has become the U.S.'s newest plague. Blocked.
