Obvious call center. A man asked for me by name and then asked if this is my direct line. When I answered that it is, he just hung up.

A man called, caller ID indicated Virginia call. He asked if I could  hear him. I said yes, he hung up.

A man called and asked for me by name and last name.  He called HR. The call was transferred from HR.  When I answered, he asked if it was me, by name and last name. When I said it was, he just hanged up

He called the company I work for (a college) and he asked for a student's name. Gave me the worst attitude when I said I couldn't give him student information. He hung up.
