Or some similar scum sucking bottom dweller. Funniest giveaway on his part was the odd choices when giving letters phonetically, my favorite being elephant for letter e. I finally told him my screen had a warning that I was dealing with somebody who needs to find a job he's more qualified for since he could not tell I was pulling his chain. Eventually he understood that (finally!) and before hanging up told me I was bs. Best laugh so far today!
