Spoofed number, robo-called on a tie-line, pirated from a private individual, which is becoming more popular among the scammers. The tie-line number is issued through the Verizon office in Washington VA, which originates over 90% of the scam-fraud robo-calls we get in Virginia. If that office were shut down and everyone locked up, the majority of the scam calls we get every day from the telephone terrorists would go away, and a large measure of household peace would be restored. Complaints have been filed with FCC, FTC and State authorities.
