The actual tie-line number was issued by the notorious Verizon office in Washington VA, which is the source for all of the Virginia spam/scam/fraud callers for their tie-lines, thus enabling all of the criminal activity through continuous harassment and telephone terrorism. This call was probably from another dog in the vast Quacken Loans herd of mad dog Refi agents, based on researching credit moments on other numbers in this forum. Unfortunately, robo-callers can be programmed to show any falsehood on caller Id. Blocked.
