Woman with heavy accent requested a person who I couldn't locate (at first). The purpose of her call was unintelligible. She then asked for what I thought was another company, so I said that she had the wrong number. After hanging up, I found the employee (name misspelled) and his workplace (mispronounced). It's bad enough that these boiler rooms waste our time just by calling, but they prolong the torture by not being able to speak English clearly.
