I have the recorded call with the usual rhetoric, looking for xxxxxxxxxx I was trying to send them a cease and desist communication but I am unable to find their firms address. This is the first call in a long while from them. But once they start they just keep calling. I was hoping you can nip this in the bud now. Thanks for your time and attention.
I've been receiving calls for someone who doesn't live at my number. The caller is threatening and harassing. The guy today made obscene comments (honestly) and refused to confirm the name of his collection service or his actual location.
Its very simple.You send them an e mail or a letter or even call. You tell them to cease and desist. Thats it. any call after that you can get an attorney that handles these cases and it costs nothing. The lawyer get legal fees and you get up to $1000 for them failing to cease and desist. I won over $14,000 when about 20 bill collectors kept calling me looking for my ex wife and husband. It didnt cost me a dime. The lawyer get fees from the lawsuit. Dont let them bully you. I am doing that right now. They are calling me looking for someone. Here goes my cease and desist e mail

My attorney called this number its a scam. The caller claims to be a Shawn Grant from Hoffman and Stokes law firm at the number 703 774 3997. But when you call you get a machine that says law firm and you get the operator to a trucking company called Regal.Just block the number or do not answer.
