Called at 6:20 PM.  CID just said VIRGINIA (not "cell phone" or a city, just VIRGINIA, which I've never seen before which makes me think it was spoofed).  I do live in VA but not that area code.  I think many times these overseas spammers don't realize that many states have more than one area code, and that we'll answer if CID shows our state.  Not me, I never answer numbers I don't know.  Number is now blocked.  I LOVE my Panasonic phone!!
