robo call, caller waited for too long to answer, when answered it was a very brief recording.

They were calling about a vehicle I don't own any more. I'm going to guess it's an Auto Warranty telemarketer.

If anyone can provide any information on these calls it would be greatly appreciated. People are calling our company saying this number is using our name and being rude to customers, which is downright illegal. Any info will help, things you hear in the background of the call etc.

Left very brief voicemail; asked: "Is this [my 1st name]?".  Didn't state business.  Foreign accent; call bank noises in the background.  Blocked.
