Who called from 7037828874

I got a voice message from this number and I don't understand what the message was saying. It sound3d like a foreign person  automated message.

recorded msg said that IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call this number (703-782-8874).  I called the number, a man answered as "IRS" but I did not say anything, just listened.  This is an obvious hoax.  Also my MetroPCS phone provider flagged it as a probable telemarketer/harassment caller number.  Please, no one believe these thugs.

Received two calls with the same reason. IRS filing lawsuite against me. Checked the number in reverse caller database (following website)
