The message was automated from Bank of America. I was told my account had suspicious activity and that my debit card was going to be locked. I was then asked to enter my card number for verification. I do not have a debit card with the Bank of America though.
cell phone text alert regarding my debit card - when I called the number I was asked my debit card number so I hung up and called the Bank of America number on the back of my debit card. They said the text wasn't from them.

Also just got this text...saying its Bank of America. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess this isn't how B of A contacts customers when there is suspicious activity on a debit/credit card
