This number just started this week (5th July 2015) to day the 9th they have called 4 times(so far) its early evening here. The interesting thing is on my caller ID it shows Safeway 1081 this i believe is the name of a grocery store. These solicitors are getting more inventive. Will report them on any site i can find. They ring twice and hang up. I texted them back and told them that if they called this number one more time I would call Sprint and have them blocked which is by the way free to have done if you have Sprint service or that I would change my number. 703-828-1160 is not a landline number but a cell number used by a telemarketer from their home.
