Who called from 7038313385

Caller claimed to be with the IRS. Said there was a problem with my taxes from years 2006 to 2013. Did I know of such a case? they used my nickname, not my legal name. Didn't give them a chance to go any further. I just told them the IRS would have let me know directly thru them and hung up.  At 7:30 am mind you!  I file my taxes electronically so there's no way this would be that far behind.

Got a call at 7:10 this morning claiming to be a federal agent with the IRS Fraud Division. Said I had refused service of a claim against me for defrauding the IRS on my tax returns and wanted to know my lawyers name and number. Said they are not willing to send me another notice because I did not accept the two they claim they already sent. Funny thing is they did not ask for money. When I asked what can I do they said to get a good lawyer.

Just received call from 703-  831-3385  This has been about the 10th call to both my phone #s.  Message left was: Don't disregard this message and do return the call. Remember delay in calling us back quite a discrepancy with the length(?) up this metal into a legal prosecution on your name. So we hope that you just to find this matter as quick as possible. Thank you and have a great day."  I called the # back and guy answered with an Indian accent. Why can't someone stop these calls

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

have been getting lots of calls from IRS scamers---this one was from a foreign woman saying she would "pursue legally.....so if i don't want thing to get worse.  I better call"  Losers!! I don't even answer the phone anymore...
