Called December 26th 10:00am. Picked up. All I heard was a keyboard. I said hello a couple of time. They hung up.Each time I dial it does not ring and disconnects you.
received a call but no message, just as stated above
area code shows up as Virginia, a state in which I hold no acquaintance or business
If it was a business, this is very unprofessional.
They are desperate to keep Overdraft charges coming to your account. I told the rep "I am grateful I am losing this 'feature' and will be happy when that day comes"... I hope you do the same and say NO to ridiculous overdraft fees!!!!
