Spoofed number, pirated from a private individual, robo-called on a tie-line.  Blocked, but tomorrow they will change the number in the robo-caller. When will this insanity end, with endless numbers of harassing, phony, scam, fraud calls robo-called on tie-lines? Why aren't Federal and State authorities taking action to stop this? How about the (do nothing) Congress?  How about shutting down the office at Verizon which rents out the numbers to all of these scam callers, thus enabling and encouraging all of this criminal activity?
