Male says he is calling with free estimates on home improvement (but doesn't identify his company). Asks me to let him finish, so I set the phone down and let him ramble on. About a minute later, I pick it back up and ask him if he is finished. He says he is and what estimates do I want.? I ask for the name of the company (which he still avoids) and tell him the call is against the law according to the Do Not Call List. He then asks again if I need any estimates! I ask for an estimate to put a giant screw up his...  and hang up.
