Same deal as above. I called them back many times to bug them. Got three different names and badge numbers. Two of the badge numbers were the same for two different people. Amy Brown Badge #6598 and Lisa Jackson Badge #6588 then talked to James Brown Badge number 942901
IRS Scam - this is an auto-transcription of the message they left:
"I'm calling you from legal affairs at the Crime Investigation Unit of Internal Revenue Service. We were trying to reach you in regards to a very important issues and spots(?) months and months. We have received an affidavit concerning a tax evasion on your name. The hotline division to reach us out is 703-879-6434. I repeat it's 703-879-6434. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. If for any reason you're busy to call us back. We would suggest to have your retained attorney to do it for you as delay in calling us back may end up into a legal mess for you. Further we will be forced to contact the local Sheriff office and register this case against your name. I hope we can resolve this matter as quick as possible. Thank you."
