Call from 703-879-6684 impersonating the IRS and threatening arrest upon failure to respond. I reported this to the actual IRS online (https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report.shtml) and got this response:
"This is a scam; the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) does not have anything to do with the individuals that are impersonating IRS employees. The IRS does not contact taxpayers via telephone demanding payment and/or threatening to arrest taxpayers. Do not provide any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or money to these individuals. If you have suffered a financial loss or provided the caller with your PII please email or fax (202) 927-7018 your receipts, a brief summary of the incident and any other supporting documents that you have."

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Caller pretends to be from the Tax Crime Investigation Unit of Internal Revenue Service. I promptly reported to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.
