It's a headhunting company that staffs several big companies all over the US. These days companies like verizon and At&t require recruiters to submit applicants into portals and identify them by their last 4 digits of SSN to remove the name factor to be fair and non-discriminatory when picking applicants (age, gender, race, etc). The headquarters is in VA, but they have a recruiting call center in India. Stop being ignorant
