They don't leave a message and if you try calling the number it is busy all day.  Either a telemarketer, a political call, or a scammer.

Called my cell at 2:00p this afternoon. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. They left no message and are now BLOCKED.

Called twice today. Did not answer, did not recognize number. Rang twice both times, no message. Number now blocked
