I keep getting calls from 703-967-xxxx. I don't usually answer them and they never leave a message.  I did pick up the other day while at work since my office line rolls over to my cell phone and I was expecting a business call. I answered with my company's name, and when I did, I heard the caller hang up. I think they are hoping since its my area code that I'll answer but my money is on them not being legit.
