Called and didn't want to say anything when I answered. So I returned silence for his silence just to waste his time.  After a while he hung up.  What a total sleazeball that loves to violate DNC laws like he did when calling my number that is on the list.  Not that the list really means anything since the worthless US government won't enforce it hardly at all.  This Bien jerk is not worthy of any trust.  Just hang up on him
