Who called from 7039808173

This guy pretends to be someone you know but isn't . calls and tries to block number.  so he called twice. don't answer this scammer!!!!!

Getting multiple calls from this area code + first three digits. I never answer and then block the number, then get another call the next day from the same number just with different last four digits.
