This is a fake medical alert  scam. tries to get you to press 1 to get your free medical alert (they're not free) requires 2-3 yr contract and a POTS (Plain old telephone system) not usable outside your house. There are apps for this on most cell phones. Contact your cell  service provider or real companies that offer this service
