i just wanna know who was calling and not answering me, even when i said hello.

Called me in northern VA at 1 p.m. today but left no message.

They've called at least 5 times then hung up, and just now identified themselves as a remodeling company that was in my neighborhood doing free estimates

Scam. Do not answer.

Home remodeling company offering free estimates on kitchens, baths, decks, etc.  Polite.
