Received a robocall from (703) 988-7096 today, Oct. 19, 2015. The CID and the message left on the answering machine was identical to the one left on the answering machine on Oct. 16, 2015, with one exception: The CID on the first call was (703) 988-7099; i.e., the last digit was 9 instead of 6, and the message was identical in every way except the number instructed to call back matched the CID number.
