I received a call from this number and they stated they were from Microsoft and they had seen from their company that I had a virus on my computer and they needed to access my computer to see what the problem was. They called me twice. The second time I did not answer and I did not give them information. The person had a foreign voice and I could tell that it was some type of telemarketing company because I could hear other people (like they were talking on the phone) in the background.

I received a call from them as well! I was at work though and was not going to return home until later. They said they were from the window product store and that my computer had been sending them an error code, but I've not had any trouble since the install. He had a very thick accent and I couldn't hear him very well. I did not give them any information and they didn't ask for my name so I was rather wary about answering an unknown number. They said they would call back later, but I haven't heard anything from them.
