i live in atlanta and this lady called but when i called back she did not answer.

Called my cell phone, left no message. I don't know anyone in that area.

I just got a call from this number and the lady said she was conducting a survey regarding my visit to Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas. The odd thing is that it has been almost 2 months since I was seen in the Emergency room there, and it is after 8pm, not general business hours.

Got a call from this number asking for my wife regarding a personal matter and would not leave a message.

If she didn't leave you a message WHY CALL HER BACK?? WTH
