The collection company Source R M are the most disrespectful and rude collection agency i have ever had the opportunity of ever speaking with. I am going to the media and sharing how rude, disrespectful and beligerant Source R M is to the people they call numberous times daily..
I use my mother's name to have my comcast account turned on (bundle package includes internet, TV & phone) and this number (704) 200-2188 call at 8 AM while i am at my childs bus stop waiting for his bus to pick him up. When i called them back they said i was my mother coz THEY DID NOT KNOW i am using MY MOTHER'S name for my service. Mind you i had another friend call to see what kind of company this was and Source R M was very rude and would not tell my friend what there company's name was or what type of business this number (704) 200-2188 was for. The lady hung up on my friend 4 times. Nice customer service people aren't they? ~*~LOL~*~ After hanging up on my friend 4 times for asking questions about who they were i called them back (knowing my mother's last 4 digits of her social) and asked who and what they wanted. They are a collection agency and i told them i was the DAUGHTER. They continued to call me by my mother's name and insisted i was her. This company needs manner managment and could use some new POLITE, COURTEOUS & RESPECTABLE people to answer their phones. I went to my call log on comcast and called again to ask them NOT to keep calling MY NUMBER (even if it is my Mother's name i have my service in) and these people are off the hook. I see a call to my Attorney in the near future... All i can say to them is "DON'T CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN", but if i have to use legal means to stop their harassment calls , I WILL...
