Got another call from this number. Dialed to get live person. BEWARE!!!! Claims to be the "Law Office of Jeffrey Abate". This is a scam. Mr. Abate's website proclaims he does not practice collections law, and that collectors claiming to be him are lying.
Transferred to bad elevator music, then eventually to voice mail.
These scam collectors, i.e. Criminals, use the names of established attorneys to perpetrate their evil. Demand written correspondence and proof of debt. Tell them the call is being recorded. Do not give them any info or agree to pay them anything. They are illegitimate.
