These notorious credit card scam artists keep calling. This number is a new one. They spoof new numbers more often than most people change their underwear. Because they are criminals, they don't care about the DNC list or complying with our wishes for them to stop calling, even when you tell them directly that they are scam artists. They just don't care. As long as naïve people keep falling for the scam, they'll keep calling. You can swear at them, they don't care. They'll keep calling. They are the herpes of the telephone scam artists.
They are calling from different numbers, but I believe it is the same group....always about lowering credit card interest rate.

I had the same problem. I was getting calls daily & when I tried to get some info about who they were, they hung up. I finally got my phone company to block the call, & all telemarketing calls.
these people have been calling for over a year tried blocking number but it changes, when you ask to be pulled from the data base they hang up. OK NSA track these thieves and shut them down
704-207-0866 called my LL 5/18/15 9:13 AM (AZ MST) cid said 'info survey' & I happened to pick up - heard part of a sentence '... no problem currently ... ' = recognized card BS & hung up. Not a survey!
