That is BS. The automated caller tells you to call 877-403-0835, which is a credit card scam under the guise of Verizon. It is NOT Verizon Wireless Financial Services....google 877-403-0835 and you will see what I am talking abot.

I just had a call from this number, complete with the recorded message about "a change...". Funny that when I googled the number, Verizon is calling on a Sprint controlled exchange. Just thought it was cute. I'm not falling for thier scam, though.
