I have been several calls from this number at my home phone and no one speaks.When i call back it says unable to complete.I called 311 and filed a police claim. Let's see what happens
they just called my home, but I didn't pick up. They did not leave any message. Also the caller id came up as International call, but of course it was the 704 area code. Strange!
