I received a pretty threatening call from this number. They claim to be a company called Grayson & Associates and Grayson Legal Mediation. They said there were Felony charges pending against me for a debt and that I had to give them money today by 2:00 Eastern. I called the district attorney and country attorneys as well as the courts. There are no charges and this company is trying to scam people from old debts that are out of statute. Do not give them your money. The guy on the phone claimed to be an attorney at law. His name was Joshua Spencer.
I received a call from a David Davidson from 704-209-4436 claimed I owed a debt from 2011 had all my info even last 4 of my SSI and DOB said I would have felony charges against me if I don't pay through Walmart money order. I called the place he said I owed money on. They said it's a scam they would never do that.
Of course it is a scam. There are no criminal charges associated with debt.
