Received a call on my cell from 704-212-5858 but didn't answer it because I did not recognize the number.My cell number is on the Do Not Call list but I continually receive these calls. I called the number back and reached a disconnect recording which I expected to get. How do these people call you and the number is disconnected. These type calls are such scams.

I just rcv'd a call from the number (above). Guess I was lucky to have been away from my phone at the time and whomever...did not leave vm. Thanks for the post here so I won't waste minutes calling back.
