Who called from 7042201704

Called twice today, but didn't say anything the 1st time, and didn't leave a message the 2nd time.

Has called twice since 8:30 am today. Somewhat local number. No message and don't know who this is or could be.

Called my cell, when I picked up there was nothing there. No message.

This is Tmobile they are calling if you are past due.

Have been receiving recorded calls from this number (704-220-1704) asking for another person whom I do not know. I always press <3> for wrong number. I receive message that "we will not call again." But every week I receive more calls. I don't know who/what T mobile is, but I certainly would never use their services.
