I suspect an online payday loan company sold my info to all these folks calling me. That's the only way they could have my cell #.

I was called by this number and did not answer. I immediatly called back and was told by a computerized answering maching that they wanted to interest me in going back to get a diploma. It then offered the option to press 1 if I did not want to receive anymore calls or to wait on the line to speak to a customer service representative.
