We receive numerous calls, oftentimes, more than twice a day from the same telemarketing. Numerous requests made to be taken off the list but the calls keep coming.

I just started receiving calls from this number as well. They have called everyday for nearly two weeks, sometimes more than once and even on weekends. Here's the best part, I've kept my Charlotte cellphone number, but I haven't lived in Charlotte for a year and a half! I live in different state now.
I recently cancelled the Charlotte Observer - now I CONSTANTLY get calls from this number - 8am or 9pm, doesn't matter. I will never do business with them again.
Same here...I have been receiving phone calls from this number nonstop. I have even politely asked the person to stop calling, and he gets annoyed and hangs up, but calls back another day, like I have changed my mind.
I finally wrote to the Charlotte Observer and listed the date and times that this person has called. I am waiting for a reply.
