Who called from 7042279022

Got a call claiming to be from Lincolnton fire department. Looked up the number and I don't see anywhere that it's for them.  Possible scam?

Keep getting hang ups from this number on my cell phone. Tried to call it back and I keep getting a busy signal. Starting to really piss me off. Something needs to be done. I did a reverse phone number look up and it says it is a landline number in Charlotte NC and the carrier type is Competitive Access Provider. Below is the information I am getting but its says it is an private number. Maybe someone can take this information and do something to put a stop to it.

Got a hang up call from this number did a reversed lookup and it said prank call. Wth???

They call and hang up!

I have been getting calls from this number every week for months.  When I have answered, no one is there. Who is it? Can someone not stop this????
