I received a call from this number with a recording telling me my business listing had expired on Google. When I reached a person I told him I had no business & that I wanted to be removed from his call list. Sam's Club is the only place that could have gotten my home number as my business number. The guy was extremely rude & hung up on me. I'm contacting Google because it was stated it was a call from Google!!
I received an unsolicited call from this number. A guy by the name of Raul told me that he was working with Google. He asked me if I wanted to get my company website on the front page of Google. I immediately asked him how much does this cost? Raul told me that it is $99 a month. I began to ask him several questions. I asked him does he really work for Google? He told me that it would be ILLEGAL for Google to directly solicit this type of service, so Google hired his company.
This is a scam that will more than likely get you blacklisted on Google and all of the other search engines that he claims he can get you listed on the front page of. Once I figured that he was full of it, I asked Raul if he could send more information about his companies’ services to my Gmail account? He took offense and said that he doesn't want to do business with someone who doesn't believe him. I told him that's fine, DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN. He laughed and repeatedly told me that "We Probably Will." Why in the world would anyone in their right mind say their going to call you again, if you told them not to. That's a brief synopsis of the situation. I don't normally write reviews on the Internet but I want to warn all of the people who received a call from this number.
DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY INFORMATION. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. They will more than likely (A) do a terrible job with boosting your SEO and get you banned from Google or (B) flat out steal your money.
These folks are calling cell phones directly. Their cancerous tactics shall destroy them, and their loved ones. I wish them to have no rest nor peace all of their days, until they turn from their ways. As if all of Heaven is oblivious..wake up.
This number called. I didn't recognize the number so I let it ring through. The caller did not leave a message. Setup call routing for this number to forward to the local police dept.
I just dealt with a guy named Chris. He said he dealt with online listings, and was calling about mine. I told him I no longer needed the listing to take me off the list, and that's when he became a complete jerk. He was rude from the beginning. When I asked to speak with a manager, I stopped and said "your probably going to hang up on me". His response was "what was your first clue?" At the end of our conversation, he told me he wanted me to listen to the recording back since I was the one being "super mean". He told me I was being "dramatic" and basically he called me stupid when I told him I had already spoken with someone and asked them to take me off their list. He said "I can't just be taken off a list, there's no list". I told him I closed down my business and his sarcastic/apathetic response was something about "opening up old wounds". He told me he needed to send a postcard to my house to stop these phone calls, so I gave him my address. He mentioned that he lives in a 3 bedroom house in Newport, and when I mentioned I live in an apartment he said "don't beat yourself up, these apartments look nice". Now I'm questioning if I should have given him my information. It was 7:30am, and I had just woken up, but the conversation left my very upset. He was an [***] and I hope that this company gets called out. Im trying to not let this start my day off poorly, but I'm in tears because of this phone call. I guess he would think I'm "being dramatic"
