I just spoke with this caller. He said he is trying to get donations to send to ISIS, I hung up on him. Call the cops immediately if you get a call from this number.
They really need to make better laws for this. We buy our phone and pay our own phone bills, no one should ever be able allowed solicitation on any phone. I have had numerous calls from different companies and I have reported them all to the Federal No Call List. I guess it is just a way for the government to say "hey we want to know", but then they do nothing.
