Telecom info shows Peerless Network of North Carolina, corp located in Chicago. Client owns number and may not be the caller. Peerless Network is non-secure and is easy to spoof with available tech. Another telecom CLEC squeezing every dime that can be had without providing a real product. The caller is likely not the peerless client. They are gonna continue calling. Peerless has a form to submit complaints but like all else about Peerless it is not a secure form so your info may go to a different server and become part of another database. My best response is to turn phone off when I don't want to hear it ring. There is no action that will change how business is done today.
