Robo call from Cindy selling Cancun vacations, Cindy the robot wanted answers to several questions before she would send be to a specialist. I answered the questions because my objective is to waste as much time of theirs as I can. She transferred me to Victoria who again wanted to know if I had a major credit card and if I was over 25 years of age. I asked Victoria if she could give me a telephone number that I could call. She said she could give me a customer service number only after I was registered as a customer I pressed her further for a number but she said she could not give me one until I was registered. I told her to think about why the people she works for will not allow her to give a potential customer a telephone number. What kind of business does not give out telephone numbers? I told her the reason they don’t give out numbers is that they are making illegal robo calls. She said they are not illegal and said she was going to transfer me and we were disconnected. I am satisfied that I kept their phone line tied up for 5 minutes.
My unwanted, unsolicited robocall was "Josh, from the customer services department." Robo Josh wanted to know if I could hear him... paused and then began a recorded spiel at which time I just hung up. Given the other complaints recently filed... various ploys to phish is reason enough to block this caller for me.
