Just gotta a call from this ms rodgers for an accounts receivable now i know its from at&t my company had been with them for 45 years my contract was up in may 2016 we change phone companys got a way better deal faster internet all around saved money by switching. Now remember i said my contract with at& was up in may . Took me about 6 weeks to get switched over because they had trouble porting my phone number, basically at&t high jacked my number and held me hostage for three days . I had to contact at&t to find out why they wouldnt release my phone number and they said they never received a port request... It worked for 5 days before it crashed , go figure ... So i plugged all my lines back in and it all worked thru at&t... Ok finally got switched over to spectrum and all was fine got what i thought was my last bill from at&t payed it ,ok good done with them, so i thought... Then the next month i get a finale bill with cancellation fees of $350.00. I called them to explain i was not under any contract but they said i agreed to automatic roll over renewal ... I asked to see where i signed a contract they said it was voice authorization i asked to here it and they couldnt produce one... I told the girl i had been receiving contract renewal notices and decided to change..And that i wasn't going to pay no cancellation fee .Now this ladys calling me ... Good luck lady sorry your wasting your time and mine too by by at&t now you don't have to wonder why people are leaving you
This number belongs to a Ms. Rogers who apparently works in Pre-collections for AT&T. She claims that she works for AT&T but she works on behalf of AT&T. Refuses to give her first name and refuses to transfer you to a supervisor.
Don't waste your time talking to her. Call AT&T directly at 877-977-2187. Tell her that you will only speak to a real AT&T employee and hang up on her.
Ms. Rogers left 2 msgs for me on my cell phone. Call came from (704)815-0158, but left (704) 246-2450 as a return number. Said it wasn't a sales or solicitation call and that it regarded ****** (a place I worked at 5 years ago). As she was leaving her number on the 2nd msg, someone interrupted her in the background. She said to hold on and the line went dead. Thought it was a little curious. Glad I checked this site and didn't waste my time returning her call.
Call from Ms. Rogers indicating that it was important that I talk to her. Indicated that this was not a sales call. I called her back and it related to AT&T bill. Funny thing is that I had discussions with AT&T last week resolving the account. She was very argumentative and wanted me to charge the balance to my company credit card to avoid additional fees that would be incurred after today. Told her that everything was resolved last week but she continued to be argumentative and wanted $. Called the AT&T customer support line and they indicate no problem. If you get a call from Ms Rogers just tell her to take a leap and hang up. This reflects very poorly on AT&T...this is why our company has cancelled all servive with them and gone with the competition.
Rec'd a call from this number several times. Called the 877 number someone listed above and that was helpful. Did talk to Ms. Rogers who was beyond rude. Also talked to a "vicky" from 704-246-0327 who was again beyond rude. The issue was resolved with AT&T, but they continued to call. I blame AT&T. It was their mistake but they will do nothing about it. Horrible company. Will avoid doing business with them.
Received a VM from this number. No hello, this message is for... just the following: "this is edward, refer to case number..." He sounded like he was trying to be a tough guy. (haha- CASE number?) Didnt return call. I cancelled my ATT service, disputing outrageous bill... Bullying doesnt work, AT&T!
