Received a call at work.  Sent it to voice mail, did not leave a message.

I have been receiving calls from this number at least once a week for the last several months, generally early in the morning Pacific time.  The last one was 8/15/12 at 5:30 AM PDT.  No message at any time.  I tried calling the number but it went straight to voice mail.  I left a message saying that if I received another call I would make a police report since this activity is illegal in California.

Yet another unwanted call from this number.  I called back, and it's something about free subscriptions to metal manufacturing magazines.  I've asked several times to be removed, and they refuse.  I've reported them as a violation of the DNC list...
